Recluse or Self Love ?

Hello guys, happy new year, we are well in 2018  and I am tad bit too late in my first blog post that went up now almost in the end of January.

What should I say just that I am playing recluse . Well yes that's another facet of mine.

I like to go in my shell from time to time and just hibernate and do nothing at all.

Does that happen to you ? Sometimes I feel I am this weirdo living alone. However I love my own company and the perks of just being by yourself. Listening to the thoughts in your head, dancing to your own music and weaving beautiful dreams or simply the joy of not doing anything at all or just doing things, how and when you please if you please. From childhood, I love to be left on my own. I use to love it when everyone use to go somewhere and leave me alone at home at the pretext of studying even if that meant locked in the house. Well, I use to make a simple snack for myself, cold coffee, read a book or watch my favourite movie (nothing fancy) which still continues today. But the magic of being alone adds this charm to the whole experience.

I love being with my own self and making myself feel special.

Does it happen to you, do you understand the urge of having your own space and enjoying your own company from time to time or am I the only recluse here ? or should I say basking in self love.

Simply Complex or no ?

It's been a long long time that we chatted up ... and I am so sorry for that. Honestly I am caught up in a huge project which is really close to my heart. Very soon I shall share with you where I was lost.

But today I just felt like catching up with you guys, rather I itched to write to you, craved to blog. In this long time I honestly had a writer's block where I didn't feel like writing and just wanted to focus on my project but today all of a sudden it just felt empty not to chat with you all . 

So long story short here I am.. 

I realised that I am simply complex or complex simple and then I remembered a quote from Marlyn Monroe .... 

I think I am a mixture of Simplicity and Complexes but I am beginning to understand myself more now - Marlyn Monroe 

And I just left it at that. 

On a lighter note the monsoon is tantalising and leaving us asking for more .... the weather is beautiful ... sometimes brutal but pretty nevertheless ...

Pink Zone

I hate it honestly, when you are pissed or really annoyed and people just ask you is the devil nearby, is it that time of the month, and I become even more mad, rationally it seems we girls do not have a right to get mad or we are incapable of getting annoyed and running out of patience for things unless and until it's that's time of the month and very conveniently it's blamed on the monster period (pun intended). The male species won't even give it a second thought that they were wrong and it's their fault, it's like we suddenly become these irrational demons. 

A chat between hubby and me goes like ,  he keeps doing things to irk me enough and I eventually lose my cool. 

Hubby - doing some mathematics in his head as if solving some grave problem.. 

Me - what happened what u calculating 

Hubby - silences me with his hand and after a minute - aren't you in your pink zone. 

Me - what the hell is pink zone? 😱

Hubby - when you are flashing danger signs -do not approach ,, at your own risk (pms). 

Me - mouth wide open ,, how dare you.. fuming with fury now 

Hubby - no baby it's not that bad , it's still comes and goes and it's manageable 

Me - just staring at him ,, then what is bad ? 

Hubby - The actual danger zone , when u are on destructive mode and can kill anything in your way for no fault, it's danger all over, it's like war path.  

Me - shocked beyond belief ,, zoned out 

Hubby - I am right for crying out loud 😂😂😂

Me - so furious ,,😡

But we both just end up laughing like crazy what with his puppy eyes...🐶

For the record his calculations were right .. 

All this just for telling him him off for not letting me sleep in peace at 2 am. 

God !!!! 

Since we are in the pink zone, then why not go with a pink outfit today.
