I came across one such site Giftease claiming to be an online gifting specialist, based from Pune. Giftease started operations with a store in Phoenix Market city, mall in Pune in 2013 And thus followed the launch of the Giftease website in May 2013 and since then there is no looking back.

The website is so user friendly and easy to use and at the same time attractive. One can shop based on occasion, gift type, romantic or quirky, naughty or nice, price range and many other criteria which makes shopping a sheer joy and you can just go on and on. Hold your breath, the site has got something for everyone, gifts on budget, luxury gifts and all this with really good discounts and offers.
 Not only this they have an unique service 'gift via email'. This service allows you to send gifts to anyone even if you just know their email and phone no's, isn't it awesome?
 They also have something called 'gift wiz', where one just need to give in details like your budget, who the gift is for, occasion and delivery date,, voila and your work is done, they will take care of everything and a beautiful gift will be delivered to the desired person you wanted.

I was hooked to this website and couldn't stop myself shopping again for my valentine.
Though the website was really user friendly and simple yet I took a very long time to shop as I was so confused between such varied variety to select from.

How can I be left behind, I bought a tote having quirky Taj Mahal  print and a pretty floral stole for myself.
The billing was smooth, short and easy, at the end I was surprised again. Well a good surprise that was, giftease really takes care of minutest details and here they provided a service of attaching a sweet message according to the occasion, and there were lot of messages one could chose from, they also provided the free Giftease gift wrapping, and another designer wrapping for a nominal charge.

The payment procedure is super easy and quick.
The same was confirmed by an instant mail and msg.

I received the delivery within a day. The delivery guy called up to make sure I was at home. The products were neatly packed in bubble wrap.

The after sale service was good too I was asked whether I was happy with what I received inside my parcel and whether the order was correct via a mail.

This is my Maybelline haul all for just Rs 500 thanks to their awesome offers and deals.

I just cant do without these little angel baby lips, they are so awesome I readily swear by them, and my best friend and must have the colossal kajal for jet black eyes. Some bright color for my nails and a little bottle of eyeliner.

I love these maybelline products, they are my favorite and so needed to replenish them for the valentine day. So a small valentine gift to myself or should I say a valentine gift for me from jabong :)

Their return policy is also fair enough though they do not accept return on certain products which are readily replaced by other sites.

But in all I was happy with the overall service and shopping with Jabong, my experience was good enough to take another dive in the vast ocean of shopping yet again and again.

I feel it is so easy to pamper your loved one and buy a valentine gift online, absolutely hassle free and from the comfort of your house in your pajamas while watching your favorite movie. I love this idea.

DIY Coasters

I am a Reduce - Recycle - Reuse type of girl. I love nature and hence want to do whatever little I can to save it. Besides I am miss crafty (self crowned).
While having my yogurt today afternoon, the lid of the container activated my crafty brain.
Instead of chucking throwing the lid in the dustbin, here's what I did.

Tadaa!  Coasters from disposable yogurt lids.

Coasters are indispensable in every house whether for tea, coffee, juice or drinks. They make for lovely gifts too with a personal touch. 

I am happy and satisfied with my little DIY project.

DIY --- Jewellery box

Jewellery and accessories are a women's / girl's weakness.No matter what is the occasion or the reason, if you wanna see that million dollar smile on her face, give her a beautiful jewellery.
See now, if we women folk are so attached to our jewellery then its but obvious that we are equally attached and care for what they are stored in. YES. Tada!!! -- Did you guess it right, i think you did. The jewellery box- equally beautiful and elegant if not less. Jewellery box is a prized possession of every female. Some bought from stores, some gifted, some passed on through generations while there are some which are DIY . :)

Jewellery box is an ideal gift for any lady/girl any age any occasion.

I am sharing with you one of my DIY jewellery box's idea.

I am a very art and craft, creative kind of a girl, so one fine afternoon this is what i created.

You will need:

a box
scissors
glue
cutter
decorations/colors


I had a plain cardboard chocolate gift box, emptied the assorted chocolates, wrapped it up with a beautiful hand made paper.I had some left over saree border ( you can get it from any decorative shop/ laces and sequins shop) which i glued it over the box to make a pattern.
Tada!!!! my very own jewellery box was ready, it was so beautiful, i could have gifted to someone, but greedy that i am; i kept it to myself. lol

D.I.Y ---- LOVE COUPONS,, ---

It was my Hubby's birthday, and i was in deep thought what to give him, I wanted it to be special and unique with that personal touch,,, ( touchy feelings,) heeee heeee ... lol ...
