Just another day .......

sometimes,,, does it happen to you that you don't want to do anything, yes you love many a things and people but you don't want to do a thing ...yess,, one of those days for me ,, where i don't want to write, i don't want to blog, i wanna be left alone and just watch TV on my couch with junk food ,,, one of those days where you feel lazier than lazy, where you just wanna be, in your pink pyjama, staring away to eternity without no purpose whatsoever....
so today since morning i have just done that,, must have gorged on all the cookies and chips and ice creams and chocolates,, so thought now enough ,,, danger sign blinking ... as i wanna order a pizza ,,, uffff ,,, my mood swings i tell you ,, then thought to perk me up and to have a bit healthier pizza why not i make it at home.
So i exactly did that ...

my chicken masala pizza

ingredients

  • pizza base
  • tomato puree, or ketchup will do
  • capsicum diced
  • onion diced
  • chicken shredded
  • corn
  • mozzarella cheese
  • ginger garlic paste
  • red chilly powder
  • tandoori chicken masala
  • oil


method for the chicken

shred chicken and mix it with ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder and tandoori chicken masala saute it in the oil add a bit water, to get a thick consistency like a spread

method for pizza

apply tomato ketchup on the pizza base,
then put the chicken preparation on it generously by spreading it evenly
arrange onion, capsicum and sweet corn on it
sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it generously

set the microwave on the instant pizza setting and start ,,,

Tadaaaaa !!!!!!! your yummy pizza is ready ,,,

garnish with, chilly flakes, oregano. coriander
